Shore Fire delivers BIM-coordinated sprinkler design across every major building type — from high-rises and stadiums to universities, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and industrial facilities. We stay ahead of the fastest-growing sectors, including warehouses and data centers, where demand is highest and complexity is unmatched.

Shore Fire has spent years building the operational infrastructure that most design firms never prioritize — proprietary AI tools, custom GPTs, documented SOPs, and repeatable QA processes that perform consistently at volume. It's what makes us different. And it's what makes us the most dependable design partner on your roster.
We built a custom AI copilot trained on NFPA 13, our full SOP library, and years of project data. Every designer on our team works alongside it — catching errors before they reach the field, not after.
Most design firms run on tribal knowledge. We run on systems. Every phase of our workflow is documented in SOPs, checklists, and project guides — so quality doesn't depend on who's in the seat.
Our 9-phase project workflow includes mandatory QA gates at 30% design and final issue. No drawing leaves our office without a senior review. That's not a policy — it's how we're built.
We've built internal training tools, video libraries, and onboarding systems so that every new hire ramps up faster and every designer works to the same standard. Knowledge doesn't walk out the door.
From first intake to final issue — our process is documented, repeatable, and built to perform at volume. Every time.
Explore our technology→From standard wet systems to complex special hazard suppression, from high-rises to pharmaceutical facilities — Shore Fire brings the same documented process and QA rigor to every project, regardless of scope or complexity.
Complete hydraulic design for wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems across every occupancy type. Every calculation verified, every layout optimized for constructability and code compliance.
High-pile storage, ESFR systems, in-rack protection, and foam-water suppression for distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and industrial occupancies of any scale.
Full 3D coordination in Revit and Navisworks. We integrate with mechanical, electrical, and structural trades to eliminate clashes before they reach the field — every time.
Specialized design for high-rise towers, mixed-use developments, and large commercial buildings — including standpipe integration, fire pump sizing, and complex zoning.
Precision suppression design for pharmaceutical facilities, cleanrooms, and data centers where standard systems aren't sufficient and downtime is not an option.
Fire suppression design for hospitals, medical office buildings, universities, and other institutional occupancies with complex occupancy classifications and life-safety requirements.
Engineered suppression solutions for chemical storage, server rooms, stadiums, entertainment venues, and any occupancy requiring non-standard suppression approaches.
We navigate complex code requirements, support plan review submissions, and coordinate directly with Authorities Having Jurisdiction to keep your project moving.
Adaptive design for occupied and existing structures where every inch matters. We survey, model, and design systems that work within the real constraints of your building.
We review architectural drawings, specifications, and applicable codes to define the full scope of fire protection requirements for the project.
Our designers produce complete sprinkler layouts using AutoCAD and Revit, with hydraulic calculations performed in HydraCAD to verify water supply, pressure, and flow.
For projects contracted with BIM, we perform full 3D coordination in Navisworks and Revit — resolving multi-trade clashes before they reach the field.
When contractedConstruction-ready documents are submitted for AHJ approval. We support the installer through final acceptance testing and project closeout.

When a project calls for BIM, we deliver. Our sprinkler models are built natively in Revit and coordinated in Navisworks — eliminating field conflicts before a single pipe gets ordered. Every model is construction-ready from the start.
Precision 2D sprinkler layout and design documentation
Native 3D sprinkler modeling with families and schedules
Clash detection and multi-trade coordination
Hydraulic calculations and system optimization
Cloud-based collaboration with GCs and trades

Beyond the industry-standard tools, Shore Fire has built a proprietary technology layer — custom GPTs, internal training systems, and a documented SOP library — that ensures every designer on our team operates at the same high standard, every time.
A custom AI copilot trained on NFPA 13, our SOP library, and project history. Designers use it at every stage to verify code compliance, flag issues, and accelerate decisions.
Video libraries, onboarding guides, and role-specific learning paths built in-house. New hires ramp faster. Senior knowledge stays in the firm.
Every phase of our workflow is documented — from intake to final issue. Phase-specific checklists eliminate guesswork and create a consistent output standard across every project.
A sample of the work we do — from million-square-foot warehouses to mission-critical data centers. Every project runs through the same 9-phase QA process, regardless of size or scope.

Full fire sprinkler design for a million-square-foot distribution facility. ESFR K-25.2 pendent heads cover the primary storage areas, with in-rack protection provided in select zones where rack configuration required it. Scope included MHE protection throughout — conveyors, elevated platforms, and package handling areas. Full BIM coordination in Revit and Navisworks with the GC and MEP trades.

Fire suppression design for a large enterprise data center campus, covering both the shell and tenant improvement phases. Pre-action systems were designed throughout the server halls and support spaces. Design was coordinated with the mechanical and electrical trades and met FM Global data center loss prevention standards.
Shore Fire Consulting is a specialized fire sprinkler design firm built on three things: deep technical experience across every major building type, a technology infrastructure most firms never bother to build, and a team that treats every project — regardless of size — with the same documented process and senior oversight.
Shore Fire is a 10-person firm that punches well above its weight. Every designer on our team is hands-on, every project gets senior attention, and nothing leaves our office without passing through a documented QA process. We don't scale through headcount — we scale through systems.
We've designed fire suppression systems for warehouses over a million square feet, hyperscale data centers, high-rise towers, pharmaceutical facilities, healthcare campuses, stadiums, and everything in between. We work regularly with insurance carriers including Factory Mutual (FM Global), designing to their loss prevention standards on projects where it's required. Complex scope is where we're most comfortable.
We build our own tools. A custom GPT trained on NFPA standards and our SOP library. Documented workflows for every phase of a project. Internal training systems that keep every designer working to the same standard. Most firms don't invest in this — we think it's the job.
Codes change. Standards evolve. New systems emerge. We hold active memberships with NFPA, ICC, AFSA, and NFSA, and we continuously invest in education through webinars, training courses, and industry events. When a new edition drops, we're already reading it.
Staying current is part of the work. Our team continuously invests in education through industry webinars, code update training, and ongoing coursework — so our designs always reflect the latest standards and best practices.
